The STEP-UPP® Teens Programme is a transformative 12-week skills-based course designed to support adolescents in navigating the complexities of their developmental stage.

Combining the core principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with modules including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and a unique fifth module, Life Navigation Skills, this interactive programme equips teens with essential tools to navigate life’s challenges.
